How to fix Verizon Treo 700 broadband connection.

My boss' Verizon Treo 700 does not connect to broadband. Help me help him.

My boss has a new Treo 700 from Verizon. It will not get his emails. It will not connect to any websites. He is frustrated -- and taking it out on me. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted or entered to tell the device where to look to connect to the internet? It seems to want to dial something that looks like +1 (425) 777 . It eventuially times out and fails to connect. Any suggestions?

Contact Verizon technical support (the number should be built into the phone) and ask them what is up.

He's got the phone - was the service plan actually activated?

Call tech support.
