Your favourite 30 Day Fitness Challenges?

Does what it says on the tin. I already run when the weather's warm, I have a spin bike and rowing machine. But I like to switch it up for funsies and to not get complacent.

I am currently doing 30 days of squats (100 a day, I take Sundays off). I like these sorts of things and pushing myself a bit. Do you have you recommend? It can be anything (mostly).

I also walk everywhere as I don't own a car so walking challenges are okay but I probably meet those daily. Thanks in advance!

I did this Jillian Michaels 30-day plank challenge twice last year. The premise is that your add only 10 seconds each day, and after 30 days, should be able to do 5 minutes. Didn't make it to 5mins or finish it out the first time. I surprised myself by hitting 5 minutes the second time around, later in the year (but did miss a few days). Previously, my ultimate total max plank was 3 mins.

There's the Hundred Push-ups Challenge. It's a 6 week challenge, but depending on your beginning fitness level, you may hit 100 push ups by 30 days.

Yoga with Adriene starts each year with a 30 day yoga challenge and they are all on her YouTube channel for free. Here is the one she did for this year. Adriene is THE BEST, and I find a short daily yoga practice to be really helpful in complementing a more rigorous exercise routine. Plus all the mental benefits, etc.

I really, really love the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. The DVD is like $9 at Walmart and worth every dime!

My husband got me hooked on the HasFit videos. I just finished the 30 Day Muscle Building Routine and am now just doing their monthly workouts.
