I know Google used to have this feature built in, but it's long gone. Is there an extension for any browser that would keep certain sites from ever showing up in my search results?

You may be able to do it for individual searches by adding

-site:example.com

To your search queries

Yeah, just want to second jacquilynne here. Personal Blocklist is great. (GOODBYE FOREVER, LIVESTRONG DOT COM)

Best answer: There is also a version for Firefox Personal Blocklist (not by Google) with the difference that it does not send block information back to Google.

Best answer: I really like Google Hit Hider, which is a GreaseMonkey script. It's pretty customizable, which is nice.
