Help me add vocal effects for D&D over Discord, on a Mac

I'm running a D&D game on Roll20 and would love to use voice effects for dragons and such. Using Discord for voice, a mic headset, and a Mac desktop that has Garageband, but I'm not sure how to make my affected vocal output go through Discord. Looking for a way to do this, or, another option that can be heard by my players over Discord.

Best answer: I haven’t used it, but this sounds like what Loopback is for.

And for your sound effects, take a look at Tabletop Audio. The Soundpad feature is particularly cool.
