Find this post-apocalyptic love story?

Can you help me find an FPP about a webcomic with post-apocalyptic vibes? It was a one-shot, vertical-scrolling piece about a couple who are trapped in a house after a mysterious event makes it impossible to go outside.
As I recall, the couple have to cover all their windows. I've searched using tags like webcomic, comics, art, etc., but to no avail. I believe it was posted within the last two years.
