What's the Quotation About Simplistic Solutions to Complex Problems?

There's a quotation going around these days, about the inclination to offer simplistic solutions to complex problems (e.g. "We just need to get strong with North Korea"). It's not an "old chestnut." This quotation is of recent origin, and oft-cited by poli-sci types and TV pundits.
