Good MA/southern NH doctor for managing psych medications?

Asking for a friend with a bipolar II diagnosis. My friend already has a therapist but needs someone to prescribe and manage medication. This could be anyone between Woburn MA and Nashua NH or that general area. Preferably someone empathetic and kind with a good understanding of individual differences and medication reactions.
