Post Partum exercise professionals in Seattle

Does anyone have recommendations for a Physical Therapist or Personal Trainer in Seattle who specializes in post-natal bodies?

I'm already in pretty good shape and exercise regularly. I just had a baby about six months ago and am working out at least three days a week--mostly running. I'm looking particularly for someone who can help me lift weights safely (my preferred form of exercise) and I would also like my stomach to look less weird.

When my older son was born a couple years ago, I saw a PT through Group Health and it wasn't great. I don't think she understood that I was looking specifically for post-partum support. She had be doing a bunch of exercises that I have since learned are counter-indicated for diastasis recti and my stomach ended up looking and feeling worse. Does anyone have an recommendations?

I am trying to avoid:
--Regular, costly meetings.
--Focus on stuff like buying supplements or oils
--General, intro to exercise/self care kind of stuff
--Anyone who's going to push plastic surgery or "body contouring" on me

Thanks!

Maura at Bodies for Birth is fabulous. I think all of her group sessions are targeted at prenatal, but she definitely does postnatal private sessions as well. She could also help refer you to additional specialists as needed.

April Bolding is well regarded
for post partum physical therapy, at least among moms in West Seattle.

Yes! Kathleen Donahoe at Oh! Baby Fitness is amazing for pre- and post-natal fitness. Even her app might be helpful, but definitely give her a shout.
