camelbak jet valve for disposable water bottles?

My primary water bottle nowadays is a disposable Vintage Seltzer 1L bottle. Big, light, and cheap enough to throw away every few months when it starts getting gross. However, I miss the convenience of my Camelbak jet valve. I could leave it "open" and squirt water into my mouth one-handed, and yet not spill even when I turned the bottle over. Is there a squirt-type cap which screws onto a disposable soda bottle? I am not looking for a sports cap, which needs to be opened and closed on every drink to avoid spilling.

When my daughter was playing soccer, she and her teammates used to poke a tiny hole in the cap of a disposable water bottle to make it into a squirt bottle. Not totally spillproof if it's upside down or knocked around, but only a drop or two get out if you knock it over or throw it to the sideline or whatever.
