Realistic watercolor digital brushes for Krita

I was just going to buy KyleBrush.Com's watercolor brushes when he announces that he has sold everything to Adobe. What do I do now? Adobe CC subscription is not an option.

I asked this question back then and mefites suggested KyleBrush.Com.

After trying to design my own brushes, I realized that I have no patience and no talent for spending hours tweaking brush engines. I was just going to buy KyleBrush's watercolor brushes when he announced that he had sold all his brushes to Adobe and they would only be exclusively available to Adobe CC users from now on.

If you bought his brushes and want to know what happens now, here is his FAQ for his old non-CC customers :(

What do I do now? A professional may be able to fork out money for a hefty monthly CC sub but I'm a hobbyist and I don't earn money from this. I did download Revoy's Krita brushes but they are not really suitable for a traditional watercolor look.

Best answer: Heh, glad I never bought anything by Kyle. I hate the CC model. It's bullshit.

Anyway, try GDQuest's set. (Is there something wrong with the default WC brushes that come with Krita? I find them pretty useable.)

There's also ArtRage.

Response by poster: Thank you xyzzy! I'll download GDQuest's set as soon as I find time.
