Identify the manufacturer of this (broken) double lounger

Who makes this lounger? I'm hoping I can contact the manufacturer, if identified, to get replacement seat material. These things keep breaking every few months and I like this double version but I picked it up from Craigslist originally and have no idea who made it. Do you?

Doing a google search, I identified that style of chair as a "sling" lounger- the sling is the material of the seat, and there are many companies that sell replacement slings. Here and here are two. The second link explains how to measure and install the sling.
