Help us name our new non-profit coalition!

Please help us name our new nonprofit! We are a cooperative (co-op based), community nonprofit incubator redevelopment coalition! Any and all suggestions would be very welcome!

Our city has a number of powerful public-private partnership organizations that assist in redevelopment projects. Many historic buildings that previously housed non-profits (churches, schools, public safety, etc.) are being redeveloped - either bulldozed or repurposed, into new businesses. We're not specifically opposed to this, and we believe that this is good for the tax base.
However, some of these buildings could be useful for re-use as nonprofit incubators.
We want to preserve some of these downtown buildings, create funding plans, and fill them with below-market rate nonprofit renters under a co-op use model.
We're starting with a beautiful old church right in the center of town. We have the church, we've incorporated the nonprofit and we have our second board meeting this afternoon. We need to fix our name.
For legal reasons we can't use the words, "Co-op," "Cooperative," or "Redevelopment," in our name. A complete list of additional forbidden terms can be found here.

The board members represent a broad coalition of leaders from businesses as well as the leaders of the non-profit who occupy the spaces we are seeking to preserve.

We had previously settled on, "Community Redevelopment Coalition," before we learned that "redevelopment" is a restricted term.
I am the board president and I suggested, "Kalamazoo Community Development Coalition," based on another, similar organization in Jacksonville, FL.
Many board members don't like this because they say that "development" presumes that we will be building new structures instead of reclaiming old ones.

Right now we are floating with "Community Coalition" but that's too broad. Please help us - I'd like to take something to the board this afternoon at 4:30 p.m. EST.
Some suggestions, like, "Community Connections Coalition," feel too mushy for me. I want us to sort of project a position that competes with the commercial developers.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

I like the work Remake for this, Remake Kalamazoo sounds lacking some punch, but it's what echoed through my head.

Best answer: Words that apply to your mission:
Community
Non-Profit
Advocate
Coordinate
Restore
Renew
Revitalize
Opportunity
Preservation
Neighborhood

To generate names, for X, substitute a word or combination in Kalamazoo X Coalition, i.e.,
Non-Profit Advocacy
Non-Profit Opportunity
Opportunity

to get Kalamazoo Non-Profit Advocacy Coalition(KNAC), Kalamazoo Non-Profit Opportunity Coalition(KNOC), Kalamazoo Opportunity Coalition(KOC), etc. It can be a useful exercise for the board to order the words by priority, and try the top 1 or 2. Always check to make sure you don't accidentally generate a bad acronym. Words can also be shifted for Neighborhood Opportunity Kalamazoo(NOK).

Try this out. Helps to see which words are overused in the non-profit community. BTW, "Community" is an overused word.

Kalamazoo Non-Profit Renewal Coalition (if groups) or Association (if individuals) - to me, this gets at the essence of what you're doing.

The incubator and buildings are the methods, but really what I read here is you're trying to use resources in a new way to strengthen the non-profit community.
