organizing contacts for event planning

We have started doing a series of food festivals and I'm really struggling to find the best way to manage our contacts; especially vendor contacts.
I've tried a couple of event planning tools that keep contacts, but they were either focused more on weddings or not intuitive for me to figure out. We would like to have contacts in a database that can be shared with our team but also if we can easily add the contacts to a spreadsheet, that would be amazing. We have about 3000 contacts and growing.
