Where can I find a good free online guide to using Adobe Premiere Pro?

Not technically a guide, but I find the forums here indispensable. They have some good tutorials on the site, too.

Are you looking to learn the basics or more advanced techniques?

Response by poster: mostly the basics so i can cut and edit a short film a few friends and I shot.
