What's your favorite boba tea flavor?

I'm in a bubble tea rut. I pretty much always get some match of mango, passion fruit, or lychee slush/jelly. Tell me what your favorite flavor matches or drinks are so I can try something new! No chocolate avocado shake though, I already know that one and while I want to like it, I just...don't. I'd particularly like reccs involving egg custard, not sure what to get with that. Thanks!!

Best answer: I like banana coconut and honeydew.
It tastes like the smell of tanning lotion and I'm okay with that. YMMV.

Best answer: I get the regular-ass tapioca pearls, but for tea flavors, taro and black sesame are extremely my jam. I like that they're not natively sweet flavors but are as pleasantly sweetened as any other flavor. (Not familiar with the egg custard but it intrigues me and I wish to subscribe to its newsletter.)

Matcha can be really tasty. With other flavors, I'll get grass jelly or pudding instead of boba most of the time. Occasionally I'll get one with a milk cap if I'm at Gongcha or another vendor that has something similar.

I also get the regular tapioca pearls, but my faves are: almond, jasmine, lavender, rose, and black sesame milk teas. I also enjoyed Panda milk tea recently, which (at the place I went to) had jasmine green milk tea, plus black and white boba. I think the white boba might have honey in them. Very tasty!

Jasmine or Earl Grey milk tea with regular pearls. I always go for half sweet.

My taste profile is an exact match with you.😃 My girl friend's go to is the red bean milk tea with boba. You might find joy with it.

I sometimes get milk tea with the custard and boba and that's not too bad either.

Best answer: One place we go has a cinnamon/rice flavor, that is like horchata. I like that one a lot.

Best answer: I also always get those flavours! Green apple tea is also good. I like the regular tapioca pearls a lot, but I inevitably succumb to lychee jelly.

I love taro with pudding/custard instead of boba. Three queens (milk tea with grass jelly, pudding and taro) and green tea with red bean are also choice.

Best answer: So I go to a place that has "mint chocolate", which is seriously the iciest minty mint-ness with ground up Oreos. It's amazing.

Best answer: These have been my favorites lately:

Coffee Milk Tea with Boba, no sugar. It's basically an iced cafe au lait with boba added to it.

There's also a local place that serves different black teas with boba; my favorite is Assam tea, iced, no sugar, with boba.

Best answer: I like the poppin' boba, they explode a juice in your mouth. I am unsure what flavors they come in, but they're typically fruity. Tea flavors, I usually go for the white teas with added fruit. For sweet, chai, milk tea with strawberry, plain avocado.

Fresh raspberry
Fresh mango peach orange
Kumquat honey lemon (hot - not sure if it fresh or syrup from Ten Ren's)

Best answer: I think you can do just about anything with pudding and boba, and it'll be good. Sour flavors like plum are especially good because of the contrast with the sweet stuff. Also the #1 most popular drink at one of my fave places is "ice milk" with caramel, boba, and pudding.

Not at all fruit or even close to healthy, but there's a place by me that makes black tea/milk/crushed oreo bubble tea that's fantastic. I get it with no extra sugar, because obviously I'm a boring grownup.
