Where can I find other webpages like this one ? What blogs present other nice items (in terms of usability).

Cool Tools is along those lines, though it's concerned with functionality rather than aesthetics. I also like Book of Joe.

You might find some good things on these sites:

Book of Joe: a smallish percentage of items are practical and have beautiful/interesting design.
