An American in Australia, insurance edition

DaughterR (US citizen, age 25+) will be moving to Australia (Melbourne) soon-ish (after a year in Taipei where she had employer coverage). She has a "working holiday" Australian visa and a place to live. What is the best way for her to get health insurance? No pre-existing conditions.
