Asking for a friend who writes: "What film is this? Black male in a car gets a milkshake and puts a beetle in it with a pair of tweezers then sends it back to the burger joint to complain."

Well...there's a scene like that in "Striptease". Ving Rhames plays the bouncer, who keeps trying to manufacture cause for a lawsuit by planting bugs in food. There's a scene with a cup of yogurt too.
