An explosive take on "Lovin' You"?

This morning I heard Minnie Riperton's "Lovin' You" and it brought to mind the shreds of a memory of some sort of comedy bit from years ago, wherein somebody (or perhaps some Muppet) singing the beginning of it gets interrupted by an explosion. What was that?

Here's the song: youtube link

I watched this Muppet explosion compilation on youtube (which makes no claims of being comprehensive) but did not hear what I sought. No mention of the song appears in anything I can find regarding the Muppets online. In mentioning this to other people, though, I'm not the only person who seems to recall it being a Muppet thing.

That said, I could well be wrong. At first I had checked Monty Python's "The Sound of John Denver Being Strangled" which is in a similar vein, but the wrong song, of course.

So... anybody else remember anything at all like this? All I know is it's specifically the beginning of "Lovin' You".

Response by poster: Seems a little longer than I remembered, but I can't deny it hits all the right notes (and who's to say my memory has shortened the whole thing over the last couple decades?)... so, thanks!
