What are these bugs on our window sills?

These teeny bugs were spotted on our windowsills in our apartment. Any idea of what they are?

Kind of looks like a cockroach to me.

There's not enough detail in your photos to tell much more than approximate shape, but maybe thrips? Examples.

I think they might be wood lice. They are harmless if it's them! (As long as it's not a super crazy infestation that would damage the wood.)

I've had these too in every apartment with windowsills I've ever had. I notice them during move out, usually, when dusting off the windowsills. I can't tell 100% for sure but I don't think they're cockroaches; I've always thought they might be young gnats.

After reading this I'm inclined to think some type of harmless louse or springtail, which would explain why they hang out in window dust:
