What "old" CBS shows would I like to binge watch?

I just reinstated my CBS All Access and need a weekend down the rabbit hole escaping my life. What CBS shows available on All Access do you think I would like (previous liked shows inside)?

Shows I have liked:

Survivor (seen them all)
Big Brother (seen them all)
Amazing Race (seen most of them)
Grey's Anatomy
Any sort of nature show/NOVA
Rosewood (until this season)
ER
Northern Exposure
Doc Martin
White Collar
Lost
Weed/Weeds (Whatever it's called)
Dexter
Fringe
X Files
American Ninja Warrior
CSI (original) - never got into the spinoffs but I should probably try them
Forever (too bad they cancelled it)
4400

I don't tend to like anything with a laugh track, or lawyer shows (although I did like Ally McBeal). Or anything with too much suspense.

What other shows should I check out on CBS All Access?

Best answer: Does it have the show "Picket Fences"? That was an excellent "life-in-a-weird-small-town" show, similar to Northern Exposure but with more police/legal drama, since Tom Skerritt played the town sheriff. Later seasons also include future-Oscar-winner Don Cheadle as a prosecutor.

Best answer: The only show I watch on CBS is Elementary, which I think you would like based on your list. It is a formulaic but enjoyable police procedural.

Best answer: Murder She Wrote
Twilight Zone

Best answer: Hunted is a good choice if you like CBS reality. It has kind of an old school TAR feel to it, and if you like to over-analyze your CBS reality there are plenty of production mysteries to puzzle over.

If they cast anyone from BBOTT on BB19 then maybe that (*SIGH*). It was an extremely divided house if you like that sort of thing, but I didn't really catch any of the episodes so not sure if they were any good (watched feeds instead).

Best answer: Braindead is on CBS All Access and quite good. 13 episodes and ends with some satisfying closure despite being cancelled. Plus it has Jonathan Coulton sing a recap at the beginning of each episode.

Best answer: Elementary, absolutely. And Person of Interest.

Best answer: Seconding Picket Fences (if it's available). It's by the same creator as Ally McBeal, and will add that it features the incredible Fyvush Finkel.

Will also add that The Good Wife (and its spinoff The Good Fight) was critically acclaimed and seems to fit in your list pretty well.

The original Twin Peaks seems to be there as well.

Taxi was filmed live but it's Taxi.

Best answer: If you like Doc Martin I think you'll definitely like The Good Wife. Its sequel "The Good Fight" is also good, but watch The Good Wife first. Madam Secretary is in the same vein and I think you'd like. Very good.

Elementary would probably suit you.

Flashpoint is stupidly addictive.

Scorpion is stupid as shit but SO ENTERTAINING if you can forgive people shouting all the exposition. Great summer viewing!

Best answer: The reboot of Hawaii Five-O? Not exactly intellectual but the scenery is gorgeous and it's kind of perfect for zoning out. Vaguely suspenseful but not edge-of-your-seat type stuff...

Seconding this. It's not often you find a show that's as adorable as it is ludicrous, but there you are. The actors do a wonderful job of making you care for their painted-with-a-broad-brush characters.

Response by poster: Excellent! Thanks all! Perfect timing too, as my antenna cable seems to have kicked the bucket yesterday.

Best answer: Seconding blackzinfandel's recommendations, they are exactly what I came here to post. I'd also recommend (if available) American Gothic , which I remember as being a decent horror show about a small town where the sheriff is the Devil (literally).
