Quotes from men investors about underrepresented founders

I'm looking for quotes from investors (VC, Angel, PE, whatever) about the advantages of investing in underrepresented founders, particularly women. For example, Jonathan Sposato, angel capital investor from Seattle, has talked a lot about this. There's that guy on Shark Tank. I also found a quote (plenty of quotes, yay) from Fred Wilson at Union Square Ventures. After that, my searching is failing me. Know of anyone out there whose on the record about this? I have a lot of quotes from women investors about women, so I don't need help with that. Thanks.

Dave McClure (500 Startups) would have likely said lots about this. Sorry no specific link.

(full disclosure: I am an investor in some of Dave's funds. And I hope to make lots of money when they invest in excellent founders who other investors have overlooked.)
