Where did we both start, anyway?

The song I'm trying to identify had lyrics that repeated several times at the end, "I want you right back where we both started." I have failed at Google. Anyone know which band/song this is?

Last week at Target they were playing this song. It fits in an indie genre I have been listening to a lot lately but I did not recognize the song. It was kind of hard to hear over the shopping din.
The genre includes bands like Cayetana and Chumped, female vocals with a sweet jangly indie backing band.

Bonus: It seems like popular music at my Target is new. Who is in control of the playlist? Is it an internal department at HQ?

Right Back Where We Started From by Maxine Nightingale?

Response by poster: It's very likely a song less than 1 year old and it sounds a lot like Cayetana or Chumped. That is the genre. Definitely not a disco song.

Have never heard of those bands, but they sound a bit pop punky to me. Revent pop punk covers of Maxine's song include this and this. The comments for the former is full of Walgreens employees commenting on how their stores play it all the time...
