Can you identify this passage?

My Google Fu is failing me, and I'm looking for the source of this passage: "Sleep is the source of our strength, a balm for the sick soul, the best of all medicines. Each person from his own experience knows that often the best and only way to get rid of heavy anxiety or mental fatigue is for them to sleep. Happy is the one to whom the dream is invariably at a certain time, for a certain period and leaves as quietly and imperceptibly as it came."

Could it have been a paraphrase of

Sleep that knits up the raveled sleave of care,
The death of each day’s life, sore labour’s bath,
Balm of hurt minds, great nature’s second course,
Chief nourisher in life’s feast.

Response by poster: I am pretty sure that it has been translated from whatever languages are spoken in Kyrgyzstan, into English. That's one way to bypass a plagiarism detector. I'll just have chat with the student and re-show him how to integrate sources.

Best answer: It's a pretty literal translation of the second paragraph of this Russian-language page.
