Self Employed-Health Insurance? Company Inc'ed in better-rate state?

I was told my my insurance broker that some Insurance companies go by the location of the persons residence, while others go by the business.

My Business is located in a cheaper state then my home. can anyone tell me more information about getting insurance for less premium using this strategy?

Thanks!

Do you mean that you live, for example, in NY, but your office is in NJ? Or do you mean that you live in NY and work at home, but the business is incorporated in DE for tax reasons?

You have a shot the first way (as in, it may or may not fly), and no chance the second way.

Wouldn't this be something you would ask your insurance broker, who just told you about this?
