I'm really disappointed in my credit union right now after this discrimination incident. Notably, their response has been not much more than a lackluster press release. That led me to wonder... what examples are there of companies / businesses that really nail their response to this kind of incident? Because all my brain is coming up with are the terrible ones.

Dow Constantine / Sound Transit had a decent response after the police had LINK skip SeaTac during the museum ban protest. At least, judging by tweets; who knows how the follow up items and reviews of processes are going.

School Library Journal was called out last year for including lesbian relationships as a reason that a book was more appropriate for mature audiences, and their reply was incredibly thoughtful and thorough.

This came very soon after VOYA (another YA-focused review journal) handled a similar situation very, very, very poorly. The contrast is illuminating.
