Question: Dreamweaver MX 2004: down the memory hole?

I need to download a trial copy of Dreamweaver MX 2004. I am NOT looking for a cracked version -- just the usual time-limited download that I can use for only 30 days.

Macromedia and every other place I've found via Google offer downloads of DW 8 only (which I already own.) Is there an archive somewhere that would have the MX 2004 file? I just need to quickly check for myself how CSS was handled in MX 2004 versus the current version so I can help out a friend who can't afford to upgrade to DW 8 right away.

Alternatively, I may pick up the book "Dreamweaver MX 2004: The Missing Manual", which I have heard nothing but good things about and which would probably cover 80% of the material in DW 8 anyway. Does this book's CD include a trial copy of the software?

Hmm. And a Hungarian public FTP site just happens to offer a nice free download of a proprietary application. What's up with that?

I wouldn't install that on my machine, but then that's me.
