Can you translate the Chinese text on this poster to English?

Online auto translators are failing to translate what I believe is Chinese text from this poster. Anyone want to give it a shot?

Best answer: I think it's Japanese, although everything is in kanji. The text reads from right to left which is an old fashioned direction of writing.
