Can you identify this military equipment?

My late father fought in the Korean war and, among his personal photos, I found this one. It's apparently some sort of non-weapon trailer but, other than that, I have no idea. I know his unit spent some time in Japan and I believe that is Mount Fuji in the background. Many thanks.

Men of the Amer. Quartermaster Corps operating mobile laundry unit which does 25,000 pounds of laundry a day, 7 days a wk. while doing work for 30 medical installations in the area.
