Can you identify this military equipment?

My late father fought in the Korean war and, among his personal photos, I found this one. It's apparently some sort of non-weapon trailer but, other than that, I have no idea. I know his unit spent some time in Japan and I believe that is Mount Fuji in the background. Many thanks.

Best answer: Given the look of the thing and the activity going on around it, I'd guess it's a mobile laundry unit, maybe an M85-100 or its predecessor.
