Awesome Note not so awesome

I've been using the awesome Note app know my iPhone for a few years. One of the features I've made great use of is the clickable links for addresses which opens up Maps when clicking on an entered address in a note once it is designated read-only. The link has disappeared for all the notes leaving plain text. I have a few hundred notes, so I'd rather not re-enter all the data. Has anyone else had this problem; does anyone know of a solution?

I don't use this app but here's what I would try: connect your iPhone to your computer, go to iTunes and find the part where you can transfer or backup app data, then see if somehow you can access that data on your computer. It is likely that the notes are there and when you view them in a text editor on your computer you can find the links. It's a small chance but this might work.
