What kind of chair is this?

I sat in this chair at the National Arboretum. Who makes it? Where can I buy one? What are some similar chairs? Does this style have a name?

I think if you look up Modern Delano chair you'll find this similar square frame style.
Anyway, a start.

I know them as "cubic", "waiting room" or "lounge" (although that also means Chaise longue variants) chairs.

In general, I believe you are more likely to find them in office than home furniture.
