How would you professionally "Boomerang" a bungee swing vid?

I'm managing an event where we're inviting people to test out some super rad bouncy sneakers by using this bungee swing (like this but hanging from metal scaffolding). We want to give them a cool takeaway video that would ideally be a Boomerang (if you're not familiar with the app, it turns your short video into a back and forth loop, like one of these). I think this is the perfect format to show the experience : boing! BUT, we want these to be professional. Like shot with a real camera rather than an iPhone. And we want to slap our logo on it in post. With a possible zoom-in on the shoes. Is there a way to do all this? My research is showing me that the app won't let me fiddle with an existing vid (I think). We can put a person or two with a computer for editing there on site but I'm also not sure how fast this would be, or how many people we'd need. Solutions?
Funny you should ask, I worked on a high end advertising project where they had the budget to do anything. To get the "Boomerang" effect they shot it on the Boomerang app. Pretty sure an editor worked on them after of course, but the iPhone 7s does have a great camera. This was for web placements.
If you're going to run this like a photo booth essentially, it has to be simple and mostly automated from a production standpoint. People waiting in line aren't going to do multiple takes to get the zoom right. Your editor isn't going to be able to do anything other than slap the logo on it and process the file out if they have to do it in real time.
My experience is in still images, but it sounds to me like you need a producer who can figure out the logistics of pulling this off and hire the right people.
