Where can I post a survey on health care?

I'm trying to share a paid health care survey and it's intended to reach people who have Obamacare/Affordable Care Act insurance (although people with Medicaid plans don't qualify). I've tried Craiglist Etc. section but it gets flagged often even though I believe it's within the Terms of Service. Any ideas where I could post it to get responses? It's paid so there should be incentive to fill it out.

The survey pays $25 which is promptly paid via Venmo, Paypal or Amazon gift card.

The company's name is Impact Health and there is a website people can visit to learn more about why they are surveying healthcare users (it's to make acquiring health care easier and less complex): https://impacthealth.io/

This post was deleted for the following reason: Nixed a link to the survey already, but honestly even without it this feels too much like an ad for the survey/company than a workable question. If this is something you need help with you need to find a way that is far more clearly non-promotional for it to fly. -- cortex

I reviewed the link before it was taken down, and it appears there was a referral code in it which leads me to believe you are getting paid when people take this survey. Many sites are going to consider posting that a TOS violation.

Are there any Facebook or similar groups currently doing activism around the ACA as an issue? You might get a decent captive audience there if you can share or ask a mod to share.
