How to dig a tube well in Rajasthan?

I'm looking for contacts at reliable contractors in the Jaisalmer region of Rajasthan who have the tools and expertise to dig a 200m tube well.

The basic research on groundwater quality and availability is done, and you can assume that permits are sorted as well. I just need second/third opinions on price/timeline, and I'm not sure where to start.

I know this question is a bit out there, so if you have some idea of an organization/individual who can lead me in the right direction, that would be a great help too.

Some googling turned up the Jal Bhagirathi Foundation, which according to their site, is a nonprofit organization established "in response to the burgeoning water crises facing the Thar Desert in the state of Rajasthan, Western India, and the vast potential for participatory water management as a path to water security". They might know how to help you.
