Can you help me find a music manager besides iTunes that also manages Podcasts?

Thanks in part to several of you, I now have an Iriver iHP-120. I really dig the device on many different levels. Now, what I would like is a music manager that will synchronize the player and manage podcast subscriptions. Currently, I am using iPodder to manage the subscriptions and MediaMonkey to manage my music files and sync the player. There are many reasons that I cannot use iTunes. Besides iTunes, is there another all-in-one solution that is worth having?

FYI: This is for a Windows XP PC. I am also interested in a Linux application.

Linux-wise, there's a plugin script which adds podcasts to the amaroK Media Player. Or you could download jPodder, which has ports for Win32 and *NIX.

try mediamonkey. i know for a fact that it lets u sync with ur ipod and uses half the resources that itunes does. its also much more feature rich and allows for both beginners and advanced users. they also offer a range of plugins. check it out: www.mediamonkey.com

MediaMonkey still has limited podcast support. You'd have to download the podcasts fiddle with the genre tags afterwards for things to work. The devs are aware of the problem and are working on it.
