I need to learn account management!

New to account management. I'd like to get some type of entry-level training regarding account management - customer relationships, networking, customer retention strategies, mapping out contact opportunities, meeting agendas, etc. Any ideas? (I'm in the tech industry, if that helps - web development)

I found this book very helpful when I was just getting started. In fact, I still reread every couple of years.
