Skit One, Skit Two: Help me identify 2 skits for a Cub Scout Banquet

We are having our Cub Scout Banquet soon. Any ideas for 2 good skits, one for about 10 Cubs (and 1 adult), and one for an all-adult skit? Ideas from the Prairie Home Companion radio plays would be awesome...

If they're young the invisible bench is a popular one for the kids because it's easy. Here's a leader skit.

I know the lists are intimidating because there's so many, but in general I've found people are pretty forgiving, you can pick one and give it a go if it seems funny. Here's a list.
