Latex problems

My girlfriend is allergic to latex. Can you recommend any online retailer than sells different varieties (ribbed, flavoured, etc.) of nonlatex condoms and also ships to Canada? We can't seem to find any in local stores. Thanks!

The Condom Shack is actually in Canada. (Toronto) I can't get to their site from work, but I've been to the store and they carry non-latex stuff.

A second recommendation for the Condom Shack. Come As You Are also has a wide selection of non-latex condoms.

You're pretty much limited to Durex Avanti, Trojan Supra, and Trojan Naturalamb. The first two are polyeurathane, the last is "natural membrane".

Shoppers sells Avanti; Condom Shack sells the other two (at least according to their website).

If you are ever in a hurry, Safeway carries Avanti polyurethane condoms. You aren't going to find a huge variety of poly condoms like there is with latex.

You should be sure of something first. Is she really allergic to latex? Some women (and I emphasize the word some) say that because they're hoping you'll go without the condom and then "accidentally" get her pregnant. Watch out, dude. Child support is for eighteen years.

Natural membrane condoms do not protect against STDs as well as latex. This is unfortunate, as natural membranes feel FAR better to both parties (at least when both are male).

I'm pretty sensitive to latex - to the point that latex toys and clothing are pretty irritating to my skin. I break out into a rash EVERYWHERE where the latex touched, and it takes hours for my skin to calm down. I can vouch for the Avanti condoms - no irritation at all. (you might want to check her lube, too - when i became sensitive to latex, I had to change my lube to one that didn't contain glycerin)

Just remembered... in college I thought I was allergic to latex. Turned out I was allergic to spermacide.
