Japanese TV In New York?

I'd like to be able to get Japanese-language television channels (so not the English NHK World, for example, but their NHK Premium Japanese channel) in the US. I live in New York City and was wondering what the options are. The aforementioned NHK, Fuji TV, TBS, etc., any help would be appreciated.

Can you try to get NHK via JSTV? They did that at my former workplace.

Seconding TV Japan. I live in Queens and get that through Time Warner (now Spectrum...). I do have to pay an extra $25 per month for it, which does not thrill me, but I'm satisfied with their programming.
