Looking for a specific “call to action”

A number of digital “calls to action” have arisen since the election. I thought I had run across one that I can’t find again.

It was set up like a chart. A number of topics were in the first column. The next couple of columns had things you could do, groups you could donate to, etc.

For instance, if you care about Issue A, you can learn more about it at Source B, you can take Action C, and make Donations D.

Has anyone seen this and can point me to it again?

Hhmmm...I'm not sure this is exactly the one you are looking for, but perhaps you are misremembering?

Best answer: I know what you're talking about - it was sort of a digital flow chart, right? It was definitely posted here, in one of the post-election election threads. Maybe also ask in MetaTalk?
