How can I change the object color in Mac Preview?

I do not have access to photoshop. I would like to change everything that is red in this pic to navy blue.

Preview > Tools > Adjust Colour > Tint. Since it's monochrome that should do it without affecting the white background.

You can open up the image in Pixlr and then play with the settings in Adjustment > Hue & Saturation.

Preview isn't set up to quickly isolate the image from the background, so you're better off with belladonna's recommendation.
Follow that link to Pixlr, (it works on the web, you won't have to install a program or anything,) open the image, go to the Adjustment menu, select Hue & Saturation, move the sliders until you have the blue you want, then file > Save.
I'd never used Pixlr before now, and it was super easy.
