There was a TV show or movie in Britain in the late 90s/early 2000s that was centered around two women (comedians) who played teenage boys. I believe in one of the movies they go to the seaside. What was this show? Who were these comedians? My parents are insisting I made this up.
French and Saunders played both teenage girls (Texting Teenagers) and adult men (Jim & Jim), could it be you're mixing them up somehow?

The totally awesome Kathy Burke (rightfully called a national treasure) plays Perry -- so this is well worth checking out if you haven't seen her as a spotty clueless teenage boy!
