Lost on the internet: Good Job interview questions list

I have to conduct job interview soon, a task I do not enjoy. I came across a list in the last year of interesting creative job interview questions that were not B.S. ping pong balls on a 747 and were a little more creative than read me your resume, but flesh it out. I recall the list being long (200+?) and a power point. Does this ring a bell? Where can I find it? My google-fu is google-fu....., you know what I mean.

Was it this one, by any chance? It has 150 questions. Very useful in past preparation for job interviews. Good luck!

It might help to think about talents, skills, qualities you would like an ideal applicant for the job to possess. Think backwards from there, to formulate questions that would look for each of those things.

One of the best ones I've been asked was "What has been the hardest part of your career?" It threw me, made me step out of my interviewing box and really think. As I thought through it, it made me realize how much I wanted to get the job and they seemed to like my answer. So there's that.

I don't know of a particular list, but you might look for "behavioral interview questions". That's my favorite category of general interview question, which applies to people at all levels. My go-tos are:

Tell me about a time when you had to work with someone you found difficult.
Tell me about a time you were given a task where you didn't know everything you needed to complete it; how did you go about learning what you needed to be successful?
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake that had negative consequences for other people; what happened and how did you deal with it?
Tell me about an accomplishment you're proud of.
