I've seen this image around on tumblr, and all I want to know is: where is it from?

(Sorry for three posts in a row. But how I found it, because that's what I would want to know if I were you: reverse image search on Google, then found Twitter profiles using that picture and noticed that the address when I hovered over the picture was "pbs.twimg" so I searched with that address and the original picture in image search and found the Reddit thread. Then I googled "woo from Ultraman" and found the other sites)
