How to delete old Flickr and Yahoo accounts after lock out

Trying to delete an old Flickr account that I made public for reasons only my younger self understands...

Flickr account is attached to a yahoo email that I don't use and don't have the password for. The recovery email address for the yahoo account is from a past job and I don't have access or know anyone there who could help me get access. It appears that my mobile number was used by someone else for a different yahoo account, which is creepy. I've been trying to use the yahoo help site to reset the password for the account that I used to establish the Flickr account, but I keep reaching the same dead end since I cannot access my recovery email address... Anyone know who I can email or call to delete these old dead accounts?

It's entirely possible they just mistyped their own number. I do all the time.

That doesn't answer your question at all, but, hey.

Is it the account that is the problem or just the pictures? If the latter I'd file a DCMA takedown request. It'll go easier if you have originals that you can upload somewhere temporarily to link to in the complaint. They are legally required to act on take down requests.
