Who best to donate to, to fight against the Dakota Access Pipeline?

Any suggestions on where my dollars will have the most effect towards preventing the pipeline from happening?
I'd like to financially contribute to the fight against the DAPL.
I understand there is a legal defense fund for the Standing Rock Sioux tribe folk who have been protesting, a general donation fund for the tribe, and also the involvement of larger orgs like ACLU.
I'm not educated enough to tell where my dollars will have the most effect. Suggestions?
Previously, previously on the green (mostly re non-financial assistance.)
