Managing a Facebook Page without a Profile

I would like to take an extended break from Facebook, but I manage a professional page. Is it possible for me to keep managing it if I deactivate my private account?

I manage a professional Facebook page. However, I'm suffering from social media fatigue and I would like to deactivate my personal profile. I've tried searching online, but the only answer I can find is that this isn't possible. Still, I'm wondering if there's some kind of workaround that I'm missing.

Please help me unplug!

Best answer: Make a new shell page that's hidden from search and whatever and transfer ownership of the page you manage to that. You have to have some personal profile to log in to Facebook and manage a page. It doesn't have to be a "real" profile.
