Help me idenitify these fonts.

Please help me identify the fonts contained in this graphic: http://cowmix.com/AskMeFi/Fonts/fonts.png You'll get xtra points if you can tell me where I can get these fonts free of charge (for Windows).. ;)

The first one is called Desdemona.
The second one looks like some fat, bastard version of the original Avant Garde. Not sure, though.

Ganelon and Greeting Monotone are similar to one of the fonts. You can find Desdemona as Quaint Gothic SG too.

The "Palmcroft" font is Chi-Town. It's used on the bottom in squished form (boo!) as well.
