Name that accordion player

On previous dead computer, I had an album of Django-esque accordion music, much of it with vocals. I can't remember the artist and I can't remember any of the song titles except for "Mister Sandman." I believe most of the songs references European places, at least Berlin and Barcelona. Also a song about ticket collecting on public transportation. It was from the past ten years or close to that.
