Question: Giant big photo

I have a photo I want to blow up to about 6 feet by 8 feet on multiple (maybe 81?) pieces of paper. I don't care about resolution. What would be the easiest way to slice an image into 81 (9X9) equally sized portions?

I'm not perfectly sure, but I think Picasa has something similar built in, without the raster dots.
